Applications are now open for My Main Street, administered by the Canadian Urban Institute and funded by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario). My Main Street fosters the stabilization and revitalization of main streets across southern Ontario and offers two streams currently accepting applications: the Business Sustainability stream to support main street brick-and-mortar businesses with up to $20,000 in non-repayable funding to provide advanced market research to address localized needs and opportunities, and the Community Activator stream to support community not-for-profit projects (including events and festivals, community enhancements and streetscape improvements) focused on high-impact placemaking activities with up to $250,000 in non-repayable funding.
