TTC - One Fare Program starts on February 26

On February 5, the Ontario government announced they are keeping costs down for public transit riders with the launch of the “One Fare Program,” which will save transit riders an average of $1,600 each year.

Starting on February 26, 2024, customers paying with a PRESTO card, PRESTO in Google Wallet, debit or credit card, will be able to transfer for free between the TTC and Brampton Transit, Durham Region Transit, MiWay and York Region Transit within the two-hour transfer window. Also, TTC customers paying single-ride fares connecting to and from GO Transit within a three-hour transfer period will benefit from a fare discount, making their TTC fare-free.

The program applies to youths, adults, post-secondary students, seniors, and TTC Fair Discount Pass customers. Customers paying with cash, TTC tickets/tokens, or PRESTO tickets cannot transfer for free between transit agencies.

2024년 2월 26일부터 프레스토 카드, 구글 월렛의 프레스토, 직불카드 또는 신용카드로 결제하는 고객은 2시간 환승 기간 내에 TTC와 브램튼 트랜짓, 더럼 지역 트랜짓, 미웨이 및 요크 지역 트랜짓 간에 무료로 환승할 수 있습니다. 또한 3시간 환승 기간 내에 GO 트랜짓을 오가는 단일 승차 요금을 지불하는 TTC 고객은 요금 할인 혜택을 받아 TTC 요금을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.

이 프로그램은 청소년, 성인, 고등학생, 노인 및 TTC 페어 할인 패스 고객에게 적용됩니다. 현금, TTC 티켓/토큰 또는 PRESTO 티켓으로 결제하는 고객은 환승 기관 간에 무료로 환승할 수 없습니다.
